Once your appointment is booked, we will be sending a confirmation including the quote we have on file to your preferred method of contact.
Note:
We will be charging a $50 commitment fee that will be deducted from you quote to guarantee your commitment to your appointment. See below for details regarding appointment cancellation and re-booking.
If you have not received a quote, and want to book an appointment, please let us know your address, preferred method of contact, and note that you have not received a quote from us.
We will be charging from the list of addresses and quotes that we have handed out respectively from a list that we keep.
If the quote we have on file is different from the quote you have from us, we will guarantee the lower quote price. If this is the case, please contact us at PurelyPanoramic@gmail.com.
Depending on the services requested, the length of the appointment will be adjusted accordingly. We will reach out to your preferred method of contact to coordinate this if the appointment is estimated to be longer than 4 hours.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, you will not be refunded your $50 commitment fee.
If you are unable to fulfill the appointment time booked, you can cancel 72 hours before your appointment to be refunded your $50 commitment fee.
If you need to re-book your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, you will not be charged any fee.
If you need to re-book your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, $25 will be deducted from your commitment fee and only $25 will be deducted from your quote.
